1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, using, interacting with, or otherwise engaging with any aspect of BagBuddy's services, platforms, applications, websites, or any other digital or physical touchpoints (collectively referred to as "Services"), you hereby acknowledge, confirm, and irrevocably agree that you have thoroughly read, completely understood, and unconditionally consent to be legally bound by these comprehensive Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all subsections, clauses, subclauses, appendices, and any referenced documents herein. If you do not agree with any part, portion, sentence, or implication of these terms, regardless of how minor or seemingly insignificant, you must immediately cease and desist from using our Services and remove any and all BagBuddy applications from your devices. Please be advised that by utilizing, accessing, or interacting with any BagBuddy Service, regardless of duration, frequency, or extent of use, you automatically, implicitly, and irrevocably agree to these terms and conditions in their complete and unmodified form, and acknowledge that this agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and BagBuddy that may be enforceable in a court of law or other appropriate legal or regulatory forum.

2. Service Description

BagBuddy provides temporary storage services for personal belongings, which may include but are not necessarily limited to: luggage storage, backpack storage, briefcase storage, shopping bag storage, sports equipment storage, and other personal item storage solutions as may be offered from time to time at our sole discretion. The specific details of the service, including but not limited to duration, pricing, location, accessibility hours, security measures, insurance options, handling procedures, check-in requirements, check-out protocols, identification verification methods, payment processing systems, and any additional services or features that may be included or excluded, will be confirmed at the time of booking through our official booking channels. Please note that service availability may vary by location, time of year, day of week, and other factors that BagBuddy reserves the right to determine and modify without prior notice. Users are strongly encouraged to review all service details thoroughly before completing a booking to ensure the selected service meets their specific requirements and expectations. BagBuddy reserves the right to modify, enhance, reduce, or otherwise alter any aspect of its services at any time without prior notification to users or the general public.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of BagBuddy services are solely, completely, and unequivocally responsible for the following extensive list of obligations, requirements, and duties, which must be adhered to at all times without exception:

  • Providing accurate, current, complete, and verifiable personal information during the registration process, account creation, booking procedures, and any subsequent updates or modifications to said information, including but not limited to: legal name, contact details, identification documents, payment information, emergency contacts, and any other information requested by BagBuddy for operational, security, or legal purposes
  • Ensuring that all items intended for storage fully comply with our comprehensive prohibited items policy as outlined in Section 4 of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional restrictions that may be communicated at the time of booking or check-in, acknowledging that this responsibility extends to items placed in storage by the user even if the user was unaware of their presence within their luggage or belongings
  • Properly packing all items in appropriate containers, bags, or luggage that are secure, sealed, and capable of protecting the contents from reasonable handling during the storage period, while also ensuring that all items are appropriately labeled with the user's name, contact information, booking reference number, and any other identifying information as may be required by BagBuddy staff at the time of check-in
  • Retrieving all stored items by the agreed-upon end date and time as specified in the booking confirmation, acknowledging that failure to do so may result in additional charges, potential relocation of items, or other consequences as outlined in Section 7 of these Terms and Conditions regarding Storage Duration and Abandonment
  • Maintaining the absolute confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including but not limited to usernames, passwords, PIN codes, booking reference numbers, digital access tokens, physical claim tickets, identification documents, and any other means of authentication or verification provided by BagBuddy or created by the user, while also accepting full responsibility for any and all activities that occur under their account regardless of whether such activities were authorized by the account holder
  • Treating all BagBuddy staff, representatives, agents, and other users with respect and courtesy at all times, refraining from any behavior that could be considered threatening, harassing, discriminatory, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate in a professional service environment
  • Complying with all posted rules, regulations, policies, and instructions at BagBuddy storage locations, including but not limited to security procedures, access protocols, emergency procedures, prohibited activities, and any other operational guidelines that may be established from time to time
  • Promptly reporting any issues, concerns, damages, or discrepancies related to stored items or BagBuddy services through official communication channels, providing all requested information to facilitate resolution of such matters
  • Acknowledging and accepting that BagBuddy may need to relocate stored items to different storage facilities or locations during the storage period for operational, security, or other reasons, and consenting to such relocations provided that reasonable care is taken to maintain the condition of the stored items
  • Understanding and agreeing that BagBuddy may need to access, inspect, or handle stored items for security, safety, compliance, or operational reasons, and consenting to such access while trusting that it will be conducted with appropriate care and respect for privacy

4. Prohibited Items

The following extensive and non-exhaustive list of items are strictly, absolutely, and unequivocally prohibited from storage in any BagBuddy facility, location, locker, or storage solution, regardless of duration, packaging, or any other mitigating factors:

  • Hazardous, flammable, combustible, or explosive materials of any kind, including but not limited to: gasoline, propane, butane, natural gas, diesel fuel, kerosene, lighter fluid, matches, lighters, fireworks, firecrackers, explosive devices, ammunition, gunpowder, blasting caps, detonators, fuses, or any other materials classified as dangerous goods under international shipping regulations or local hazardous materials laws
  • Illegal substances, narcotics, controlled substances, or items that are prohibited by local, state, national, or international law, including but not limited to: illegal drugs, unauthorized prescription medications, drug paraphernalia, counterfeit goods, smuggled items, stolen property, contraband, or any items that have been obtained through illegal means or are intended for illegal purposes
  • Perishable goods including but not limited to: all food items regardless of packaging, fresh produce, meat, fish, dairy products, eggs, baked goods, prepared meals, opened or unopened packaged foods, canned foods, dried foods, spices, condiments, beverages, or any other consumable items that may spoil, rot, ferment, or otherwise deteriorate during the storage period, potentially causing odors, attracting pests, or contaminating other stored items
  • Live animals or plants of any species, size, or condition, including but not limited to: pets, livestock, insects, reptiles, amphibians, fish, birds, mammals, seeds, bulbs, saplings, flowers, houseplants, cut flowers, bonsai trees, terrariums, aquariums, or any other living organisms regardless of their container, habitat, or life support systems
  • Firearms, weapons, or ammunition of any type, regardless of licensing, permits, or legal status, including but not limited to: handguns, rifles, shotguns, assault weapons, antique firearms, replica firearms, airsoft guns, BB guns, paintball markers, crossbows, bows and arrows, hunting knives, combat knives, switchblades, brass knuckles, batons, tasers, stun guns, pepper spray, tear gas, or any other items designed or modified to cause harm, injury, or incapacitation to persons or animals
  • Stolen property or items obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to: shoplifted merchandise, items acquired through burglary or robbery, misappropriated corporate assets, items purchased with fraudulent payment methods, property subject to legal disputes, items reported as stolen to law enforcement, or any goods for which the user cannot demonstrate legitimate ownership
  • Any items that emit strong odors or could attract pests, including but not limited to: heavily perfumed items, essential oils, incense, scented candles, potpourri, air fresheners, cleaning chemicals, pesticides, fertilizers, compost, soil, plant matter, taxidermy specimens, hunting trophies, animal hides, furs, feathers, or any items that have been exposed to strong-smelling substances or environments
  • Radioactive materials of any kind, regardless of quantity, concentration, or containment, including but not limited to: uranium, plutonium, radium, thorium, or any other naturally occurring or artificially produced radioactive isotopes, regardless of their intended use or purpose
  • Biological materials, specimens, or substances that may pose health risks, including but not limited to: blood samples, tissue samples, bodily fluids, medical waste, laboratory cultures, viruses, bacteria, fungi, parasites, medical specimens, biological research materials, or any items that may contain pathogens or infectious agents
  • Pressurized containers of any kind, including but not limited to: aerosol cans, spray paint, hair spray, deodorant sprays, compressed gas cylinders, scuba tanks, fire extinguishers, CO2 cartridges, or any other containers that may explode or rupture under pressure or temperature changes
  • Valuable or irreplaceable items exceeding the insurance coverage limits specified in Section 6, including but not limited to: cash, jewelry, precious metals, gemstones, fine art, antiques, collectibles, rare books, manuscripts, stamps, coins, watches, designer clothing, electronics exceeding ₹5,000 in value, or any items of significant sentimental value that cannot be replaced
  • Identity documents, sensitive personal information, or confidential records, including but not limited to: passports, driver's licenses, birth certificates, social security cards, credit cards, financial statements, medical records, legal documents, business contracts, proprietary information, or any documents containing personally identifiable information that could be used for identity theft or fraud
  • Any other items that BagBuddy staff, in their sole and absolute discretion, deem unsuitable for storage for any reason related to safety, security, legality, or operational concerns

BagBuddy reserves the right, but not the obligation, to inspect, examine, scan, or otherwise evaluate any and all items submitted for storage if there is reasonable suspicion, indication, or belief that prohibited items may be present, and to report any illegal items, substances, or materials to relevant authorities, law enforcement agencies, or regulatory bodies without prior notification to the user. By using BagBuddy services, users explicitly consent to such inspections and acknowledge that failure to disclose prohibited items may result in immediate termination of services, forfeiture of fees, potential legal action, and other consequences as deemed appropriate by BagBuddy management or relevant authorities. BagBuddy further reserves the right to refuse storage of any item for any reason at its sole discretion, even if such item is not explicitly listed among the prohibited items above.

5. Payment Terms

All payments for BagBuddy services must be made in advance of the storage period, without exception, delay, or partial payment arrangements unless explicitly authorized in writing by a BagBuddy executive with appropriate authority. We accept various payment methods including but not limited to: UPI (Unified Payment Interface) transactions through approved payment apps, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other major networks), debit cards linked to valid bank accounts, cash payments in local currency at physical locations where such payment method is explicitly accepted, digital wallet payments through approved platforms, bank transfers to designated BagBuddy accounts, and potentially other payment methods as may be introduced from time to time at our sole discretion. All prices displayed or quoted are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions, operational costs, inflation adjustments, competitive factors, promotional periods, seasonal variations, or any other business considerations deemed relevant by BagBuddy management; however, any such changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings for which payment has already been processed and confirmed, unless such bookings are subsequently modified by the user. It is hereby explicitly stated and agreed that no refunds, partial refunds, prorated returns, credits, or other forms of compensation will be issued for early retrieval of items before the end of the agreed storage period, regardless of the amount of time remaining in said period, the reason for early retrieval, or any other circumstances, as the storage space has been reserved for the entire duration specified in the booking. Additional fees may apply for premium services, extended hours access, special handling requirements, oversized or overweight items, high-value item storage, additional insurance coverage, expedited check-in or check-out, delivery services where available, or any other supplementary services not included in the standard storage fee. All applicable taxes, including but not limited to goods and services tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT), sales tax, or any other government-imposed fees or levies will be added to the final payment amount in accordance with current tax regulations in the jurisdiction where the service is provided. Payment processing fees, currency conversion charges, or other transaction costs may be applied by payment processors or financial institutions and are the sole responsibility of the user. BagBuddy reserves the right to offer discounts, promotional rates, loyalty rewards, or other special pricing arrangements at its sole discretion, and to modify or discontinue such offers at any time without prior notice.

6. Liability Limitations

BagBuddy's liability for any loss, damage, theft, deterioration, or other harm to stored items is strictly, explicitly, and unequivocally limited to the declared value of such stored items as documented at the time of check-in, up to an absolute maximum compensation amount of ₹5,000 (Five Thousand Indian Rupees) per booking regardless of the number, nature, or actual value of items included in said booking, unless additional supplementary insurance coverage has been explicitly purchased by the user and confirmed in writing by BagBuddy prior to the commencement of the storage period. The aforementioned liability limitation applies to all circumstances regardless of the cause of loss or damage, except in cases where applicable law prohibits such limitation. BagBuddy hereby explicitly disclaims and shall not under any circumstances be held liable for the following extensive list of scenarios, situations, and circumstances:

  • Any damage, deterioration, deformation, breakage, scratching, denting, tearing, staining, or other physical harm to items that was caused by, resulted from, or was exacerbated by improper, insufficient, or inadequate packing by the user, including but not limited to: items packed in containers not suitable for their nature, fragile items without appropriate protective materials, items packed too tightly or too loosely, containers that are damaged or structurally compromised, items with protruding parts that may catch or snag during normal handling, liquids in containers that are not properly sealed, or any other packing deficiencies that a reasonable person would recognize as potentially problematic
  • Any pre-existing damage, wear, deterioration, defects, or imperfections that were present in or on the items prior to check-in but were not explicitly noted, documented, photographed, and acknowledged by BagBuddy staff in writing at the time of check-in, regardless of whether such pre-existing conditions were visible, apparent, or detectable through reasonable inspection
  • Loss, damage, theft, or any other harm to valuable or high-value items that were not explicitly declared as such at check-in, including but not limited to: jewelry, watches, electronic devices, designer clothing or accessories, collectibles, artwork, antiques, rare books, musical instruments, precious metals, gemstones, or any other items with a market value exceeding ₹1,000 per individual item
  • Any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary losses or damages arising from or related to the storage of items with BagBuddy, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, loss of reputation, loss of data, missed flights or other transportation connections, additional accommodation costs, replacement rental costs, or any other financial or non-financial losses that extend beyond the direct replacement value of the affected items
  • Any loss, damage, delay, or other adverse outcome resulting from events, circumstances, or factors beyond BagBuddy's reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to: natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, typhoons, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, landslides, etc.), extreme weather conditions, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, riots, strikes, labor disputes, government actions or restrictions, pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, power outages, telecommunications failures, structural failures not caused by BagBuddy, fire, water damage from external sources, pest infestations originating outside the facility, theft or vandalism despite reasonable security measures, or any other extraordinary events that could not have been reasonably foreseen or prevented
  • Any damage or deterioration that occurs naturally to items during the storage period despite reasonable care, including but not limited to: natural decay of organic materials, battery discharge in electronic devices, evaporation of liquids, color fading due to the passage of time, minor rusting of metal components, natural degradation of rubber or elastic materials, or any other changes that would occur regardless of storage conditions
  • Any loss or damage resulting from inherent vulnerabilities, defects, or characteristics of the items themselves, including but not limited to: manufacturing defects, design flaws, material weaknesses, items already damaged but functional at check-in, items near the end of their useful life, or items that are particularly susceptible to environmental conditions within normal ranges
  • Any discrepancies in the contents of sealed packages, luggage, or containers that BagBuddy staff did not open, inspect, or inventory at check-in, as BagBuddy cannot verify the presence, condition, or value of items not visually inspected and documented
  • Any emotional distress, anxiety, inconvenience, or psychological impact resulting from loss or damage to stored items, regardless of their sentimental value or personal significance to the user
  • Any claims for loss or damage that are reported more than 24 hours after item retrieval, as the chain of custody cannot be verified after items have left BagBuddy's possession

In the event that a liability claim is deemed valid and compensable under these terms, BagBuddy reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation method, which may include, at BagBuddy's sole discretion: repair of damaged items by service providers selected by BagBuddy, replacement with equivalent items of similar age and condition, store credit for future BagBuddy services, or monetary compensation up to the limits specified herein. The depreciated value of items, rather than replacement cost for new equivalents, will be used in calculating compensation amounts for used items. Users acknowledge that by using BagBuddy services, they accept these liability limitations and agree that they are reasonable given the nature and pricing of the services provided.

7. Storage Duration and Abandonment

The duration of storage services must be explicitly specified, selected, and confirmed at the time of booking through BagBuddy's official booking channels, whether online, via mobile application, by telephone, or in person at a BagBuddy location. The storage period commences at the exact time of successful check-in and concludes at the designated end time on the final day of the agreed storage period as documented in the booking confirmation. Users are hereby notified and acknowledge that items not retrieved by the user or their authorized representative within seven (7) calendar days following the agreed end date and time of the storage period will automatically and without further notice incur additional storage charges calculated at 150% of the standard daily rate for the specific storage type and location, applied retroactively from the first day after the original end date, with such charges continuing to accumulate on a daily basis until the items are retrieved or until they are deemed abandoned as described below. BagBuddy reserves the right, but not the obligation, to attempt to contact the user regarding overdue items using the contact information provided during registration or booking, but failure to receive such communication does not exempt the user from the additional charges or other consequences of late retrieval. Items that remain unclaimed for a period exceeding thirty (30) consecutive calendar days after the original agreed end date of the storage period shall be conclusively deemed legally abandoned by the user, at which point BagBuddy shall acquire full legal ownership and possession of said items and may, at its sole discretion and without further notice or compensation to the user, dispose of, donate, sell, auction, repurpose, or otherwise handle such abandoned items in any manner BagBuddy deems appropriate, with any proceeds from the sale or auction of such items being applied first to outstanding storage fees, administrative costs, and handling expenses, with any remaining balance being retained by BagBuddy as compensation for administrative burden and abandoned property management. The user hereby explicitly waives any and all rights, claims, or legal recourse related to abandoned items as defined herein, regardless of their value, nature, or the circumstances that prevented timely retrieval. In cases where abandoned items contain personal identification documents, confidential information, or sensitive data, BagBuddy will make reasonable efforts to securely destroy such materials in accordance with applicable privacy laws, but accepts no liability for any consequences resulting from such documents prior to their secure destruction. BagBuddy reserves the right to report serial abandonment of items (defined as two or more instances of abandonment by the same user) to credit reporting agencies, collection services, or other relevant authorities as may be permitted by law.

8. Terms Modification

BagBuddy hereby reserves the absolute, unilateral, and unconditional right to modify, amend, alter, change, update, revise, adjust, append to, reduce, expand, clarify, reinterpret, or otherwise transform any and all terms, conditions, policies, guidelines, descriptions, limitations, procedures, rights, obligations, or any other elements of these Terms and Conditions, whether material or immaterial, substantive or procedural, central or peripheral, at any time and for any reason whatsoever, without any requirement, obligation, or responsibility to provide prior notification, explanation, justification, or opportunity for review to users, customers, the general public, or any other stakeholders or interested parties. Any and all modifications, regardless of their nature, scope, impact, or significance, shall be considered valid, binding, enforceable, and effective immediately upon their publication, posting, or other form of release through BagBuddy's official communication channels, which may include but are not limited to: the official BagBuddy website, mobile application, email newsletters, social media accounts, physical signage at BagBuddy locations, printed materials, or any other medium through which BagBuddy chooses to disseminate such updated information. The continued use, access, or interaction with any BagBuddy service, platform, facility, or touchpoint following the implementation of any modifications to these terms, regardless of whether the user has actually read, reviewed, understood, or explicitly agreed to such modifications, shall automatically, irrevocably, and conclusively constitute the user's full acceptance of, consent to, and agreement with the modified terms in their entirety. It is hereby emphasized that users bear the sole and complete responsibility for regularly, frequently, and diligently reviewing these Terms and Conditions to remain informed of any changes, as BagBuddy is under no obligation to highlight, summarize, or otherwise draw attention to specific modifications that have been made, though it may occasionally choose to do so at its sole discretion as a courtesy rather than an obligation. BagBuddy strongly encourages all users to thoroughly review these Terms and Conditions in their complete form at least once prior to each use of BagBuddy services, regardless of frequency of use or familiarity with previous versions of the terms, as terms may change between uses without specific notification. In the event that a user does not agree with any modification to these terms, their sole and exclusive remedy is to immediately discontinue use of all BagBuddy services, as continued use constitutes acceptance as previously stated. BagBuddy reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether certain modifications are significant enough to warrant direct notification to users, but the absence of such notification does not affect the validity or enforceability of the modifications. These modification provisions apply equally to all sections, subsections, clauses, and elements of these Terms and Conditions without exception.

9. Access to Stored Items

Access to stored items during the active, paid storage period requires a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours advance notice submitted through official BagBuddy communication channels (including but not limited to: the official BagBuddy mobile application, website contact form, customer service email address, or customer service telephone line during published business hours) and explicit confirmation from authorized BagBuddy personnel regarding the specific date, time, and location for such access, which shall be scheduled at BagBuddy's discretion based on operational capacity, staff availability, facility access limitations, security considerations, and other relevant factors that may impact the feasibility of accommodating such requests. All requests for mid-storage access must include the user's full name as registered with BagBuddy, booking reference number, valid government-issued photo identification matching the registered name, detailed description of the items to be accessed, estimated duration of access needed, reason for access requirement, and any special considerations that may be relevant to facilitating the access request. It is hereby explicitly stated and acknowledged that any access to stored items during the storage period may be subject to additional access fees, handling charges, administrative costs, or other applicable expenses as determined by BagBuddy's current fee schedule, which may vary by location, time of day, day of week, duration of access required, staff resources needed, or other variables, with such fees being payable in advance of access being granted and non-refundable regardless of whether the actual access duration is shorter than initially requested. BagBuddy unequivocally reserves the right to deny, postpone, reschedule, or place conditions upon any access request if: (1) there are outstanding unpaid balances on the user's account; (2) the user cannot provide satisfactory identification matching the account information; (3) the access request falls outside of normal business hours or during periods of peak operational activity; (4) there are reasonable security concerns related to the user, the items, or the facility; (5) the user has previously violated BagBuddy policies during prior access sessions; (6) the items are in a temporary transit status between facilities; (7) the access request appears to be for purposes that violate these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws; or (8) for any other reason that BagBuddy determines, in its sole professional judgment, makes granting such access impractical, unsafe, or contrary to operational best practices. During any approved access session, users must be continuously accompanied by BagBuddy staff, must comply with all instructions and limitations communicated by such staff, must not access or attempt to access any items belonging to other users, must not bring prohibited items into the storage area, must not engage in commercial activities or photography without prior written permission, must not remain in the storage area longer than the approved duration, and must not engage in any behavior that disrupts BagBuddy operations or compromises the security, safety, or comfort of staff or other users. BagBuddy reserves the right to terminate any access session at any time if the user violates any of these conditions or if emergency situations, security concerns, or other operational imperatives necessitate such termination.

10. Termination

BagBuddy reserves the absolute, unilateral, and unconditional right to terminate, suspend, restrict, limit, or otherwise discontinue, either temporarily or permanently, any user's access to, use of, or benefit from any and all BagBuddy services, platforms, facilities, or other offerings, with or without prior notice, explanation, justification, or opportunity for appeal, in the event that BagBuddy determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that the user has violated, attempted to violate, expressed intention to violate, or facilitated the violation of any provision, requirement, prohibition, limitation, or other element of these Terms and Conditions, regardless of the severity, frequency, visibility, impact, or intentionality of such violation. Circumstances that may result in immediate termination include, but are expressly not limited to: providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or booking; storing or attempting to store prohibited items as defined in Section 4; engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward BagBuddy staff or other users; attempting to access, manipulate, or interfere with stored items belonging to other users; damaging, vandalizing, or misusing BagBuddy facilities, equipment, or property; failing to pay applicable fees, charges, or other financial obligations; sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized persons to access the user's account or stored items; attempting to circumvent or bypass BagBuddy's security measures, verification procedures, or other operational safeguards; using BagBuddy services for illegal purposes or in connection with illegal activities; making false claims regarding lost, stolen, or damaged items; repeatedly retrieving items late or abandoning items; creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or limitations; or engaging in any other behavior that BagBuddy reasonably determines to be contrary to its business interests, operational requirements, or community standards. In the event of termination for violation of these terms, the user must retrieve their stored items within forty-eight (48) hours of notification of termination, which may be delivered through any communication channel associated with the user's account, including but not limited to email, SMS, in-app notification, telephone, or physical mail. If the user fails to retrieve their items within this forty-eight (48) hour period, additional storage fees will automatically begin to accrue at a rate of 200% of the standard daily rate for the specific storage type and location, applied retroactively from the first day after the termination notification, with such charges continuing to accumulate on a daily basis until the items are retrieved or until they are deemed abandoned as described in Section 7. BagBuddy reserves the right to deny the terminated user entry to its facilities for item retrieval unless accompanied by security personnel, to require payment of all outstanding balances before releasing stored items, to ban terminated users from future use of BagBuddy services either temporarily or permanently, to share information about the termination with affiliated businesses or service providers for security purposes as permitted by law, and to pursue legal remedies for any damages, losses, or other harms caused by the user's violations. Termination of services does not relieve the user of any financial obligations incurred prior to termination, and BagBuddy reserves the right to pursue collection of such obligations through all legal means available.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.

12. Modifications to Terms

BagBuddy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
